We would love to bring a vaccine drive to your community! If you are interested, please fill out the form below, we would love to partner with you to make! Vaccine drives normally occur around September/October every year, so planning to have it scheduled a few weeks before then is a good idea. We rely on community partners to provide us with a space and advertisement, and we are happy to take care of the rest!
