Clinic is open Sundays from 10:30 am – 1:30 pm
No documentation needed! Anyone who has difficulty accessing care is welcome.
We welcome walk-ins and appointments, although we try to prioritize patients who have a scheduled appointment
We have a limited network for specialty care referrals. We will refer patients as needed and as we are able to.
Please note that we do NOT provide prescriptions for narcotic medications
Please note that we are NOT an urgent care. If you are having chest pains or any other medical emergency, please call 911 and/or visit your nearest emergency department to seek urgent medical treatment
